- Orders and Payments All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in [RM] (Malaysian Ringgit) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Once an order is confirmed, payment is processed immediately. For customized or pre-cut films, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.
- Warranty Our products come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by product type: [5 years] for automotive films and [5 years] for architectural films. This warranty is valid only if the product is installed by our authorized technicians. Damages caused by improper installation, accidents, or misuse are not covered. To file a warranty claim, please contact us with your proof of purchase and supporting documentation.
- Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unopened, non-custom products within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customized films, opened items, and installation services are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return the item in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of the returned item. - Accuracy of Billing Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, and/or billing and shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may notify you via the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or reject orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other relevant information, including email address and payment details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as necessary. - Installation Services
For optimal performance, we recommend professional installation by our certified technicians. DIY installations may void the warranty. After installation, please follow our care instructions, such as avoiding window operation for 3 - 5 days for automotive films. - Third Party Links
