Service Guarantee

To protect your consumer rights, please ensure that your installation service provider is an officially authorized GreenIce partner. Products installed by unauthorized dealers are not genuine GreenIce films. Please be aware of the risks to avoid compromising your rights.
For any films installed by unauthorized dealers, GreenIce assumes no responsibility for authenticity verification or related claims.

Warranty period: 5 years from the date of film installation.
During the warranty period, GreenIce provides the following quality guarantees:
- Ensures film adhesion performance, with no non-contact deformation, delamination, or natural detachment from the vehicle.

- Ensures minimal adhesive residue when removing the film, with no damage to the original factory paint (excludes areas with secondary paintwork, subject to certified paint analysis reports).

GreenIce and installation providers are not liable for product damage caused by natural disasters, external forces, strong acids/alkalis, or improper maintenance.
Film removal should be performed by professional installers. Any film or paint damage caused by unauthorized removal by the vehicle owner will not be covered.
Scratches or damage caused by human factors can be locally repaired or replaced by the installer, with material costs charged accordingly.

In the initial stage after installation (within 3 days of delivery), the film adhesion is relatively low. Please avoid touching the film surface, especially the edges.
Minor bubbles or water spots may appear shortly after installation. This is normal and will naturally dissipate within approximately 10 days. For faster resolution, please contact the installer.
Please wash the vehicle only after the film is fully dried (about 1 week after installation).
Avoid attaching adhesive materials or similar items to the film surface.
